Bored, Bored, Bored Poem by Benjamin Carver

Bored, Bored, Bored

Rating: 5.0

I'm sitting on a chair,
I'm very bored today.
So I went to my friend's house,
to see if he could play.
But then I just remembered,
that he was on a trip.
So I went to my pool,
to take a big dip.
Then I saw my dad,
taking down the pool!
Because we take down the pool
before it snows – it's our family rule.

I'm really getting bored,
I don't know what to do.
I'd go outside to run,
but I lost my shoe!
I'm really, really bored,
that I wished I were at school -
Even though I don't want to go.
Another wish is that it would snow.
I'm so bored I'm getting the creeps.

Oh no! My mom said go to sleep.
