Broken Poem by Annabelle Espinoza

Broken

Feeling lost, confused, and misused, not knowing which way to turn or what turn to take. Hoping to take the right action. An action is like that of a picture, a picture tells a thousand words, words combined form thoughts, thoughts are clues, clues leave a trail, a trail needs a map, and in the right hands a map is clear. Yet clarity fading. Wishing, waiting, wondering, longing for answers, which will lead to more questions, questions asking to be answered. Deprived of clarity and understanding, which path to take is a mystery, a mystery I must solve to discover the inner peace I so desperately search for... broken inside, seeing truth behind lies, lost, despised, and no means of compromise.
