Very nicely done, Tommy. Just one small correction I would suggest. Twice you have this line: Este lugar me hiciste feliz, If you meant to say 'This place made me happy', then it should be: Este lugar me hizo feliz, or if you meant to say 'In this place you made me happy' then just add a word: En este lugar me hiciste feliz, Welcome to Poem Hunter!
