Bulimia Lullaby Poem by natalie farnsworth

Bulimia Lullaby

Why cant they see she's just so perfect?
I see her on TV and how skinny she is.
I feel bad about becoming her but honestly it's worth it.
Everyone's just jealous she has no figure.
Skin and bones is beauty.
And if I cant look like her I'd just pull the trigger.
Take the rest of my body.
Because throwing up has become my new hobby.
Take the rest from my body.
And take me to my grave where loved ones are sobbing.
Take the guilt and worry out of my chest.
The last thing I need is to have regret.
I just want to be skinny and leave the rest.
The pain from everyone I'll learn to forget.
Take the rest of my body.
Because throwing up has become my new hobby.
Take the rest of my body.
And take me to my grave where loved ones are sobbing.
I've given up all my dreams.
Is my figure the only thing I will see?
Take the rest of my body.
Because throwing up has become my new hobby.
Take the rest of my body.
And take me to my grave where loved ones are sobbing.
