Bundled Nature Poem by Gunde Narsing Rao

Bundled Nature

Oh! Mother nature, Survives nobody without you
If forgetting either way may be curse for one adieu,
Every infant men napping on lap screaming innocent
But unfortunately; Shading away your might blatant,
Tasting every fruit you have offered as savior nectar
After finishing their task in guise of trembling victor,
All triumps and honour everything was your mercy
But cares nobody as if they were nourished in privy,
Always baffled for supremacy over resources afresh
Forgetting what they extract at cost of your gory flesh,
No values to follow nor respect to offer; Oh my Wise
Squabbling over to remain ever as fools in ‘a paradise'.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
It was a response to a news report carried in The Hindu daily regarding the sand and mining licences to be auctioned. But court banned on the basis of Supreme Court guidelines that auctioning government official did not go through accordingly yet bowing heads to illiterate and ineligible contractors who happen to be greedy with political nexus to exploit the nature with out knowledge of nature and the law concerned. Besides court warned at govt. part that not taking any regard for environmental impact after licences were issued and without due monitoring by environmental experts, opinion for permissible quarrying without causing any natural disaster. This actually made me to think as a responsible citizen whether the business, profit first or the survival on our part. this I tried to explore in a poetic sense...I wrote at my home in Hyderabad. It was dedicated to all nature lovers who wants to protect this Earth Planet for Future survivals.
