Buoyant Poem by Josh Alfred

Buoyant

I'm bouncing on a ball of joy.
I'm throwing my party hat up.
I'm under a tree of amusement.
I'm letting myself develop.
I'm sailing on a calm pond.
I'm stretching my angel wings
I'm playing my guitar at dawn,
I can hear what the world sings.
There's a rainbow over my home.
There's a golden path to a rich town.
When I think myself disowned
I remember, with happiness I will be found.
