Burn Poem by Rebecca Adams

Burn

Burn and fall,
release the last breath,
into the air,
in this gray life,
that chokes the breath,
and clouds the eyes,
fall again in ashen tears,
and like the pheonix,
in firey life,
fall in flame,
to live again,
in burning brillance.
