Burned Poem by Jessica Foster

Burned

I know you talk about me.
The looks I always get.
How stupid can you be?
I see this fire you've lit.

Doused in love,
Burned in hate.
No help from above,
Apologies too late.

I'm dying now,
Because of you.
Don't ask me how.
You did it for you.

Doused in love,
Burned in hate.
No help from above,
Apologies too late.

How can you even sleep,
After all you have done to me? ! ?
All I can do is weep,
But their tears you can't see.

Doused in love,
Burned in hate.
No help from above,
Apologies too late.

They put out your damage,
But I'm afraid too late.
These acts of your rage,
Came out of senseless hate.

Doused in love...
Burned in hate.
