Butterfly Poem by Katherine H. Belle

Butterfly

Rating: 5.0

gentle and soft
are your wings of neon green.
Floating on air as if you were a part of the wind.
Silent whispers escape
from your chartreuse lips.
And as you steady yourself on the petals of lilacs.
you kiss their sweet centers with lullaby's.
Singing them off into purple laced day dreams.
Crying for you in the twilight.
