Into games and fun
Of the boys kind girls venture
To be as fearless

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
A few months ago I watched a seven year old girl play with her four year old brother and seven year old cousin. I wondered why people said the girl was a tomboy. To me looking on, this girl was not afraid. She seemed to enjoy the fun and be ready for more!
