I woke up in the company of you
you who I find the light to love
and above I see your light
your light of sight i find
and winding I go
until i know that i am you
and you are me as you as me
you see me light a candle for you
in darkness i find you
and love you to hold until coldness finds me out
how i need to, want to, have to fall
but all you do is catch me
can i fall?
for once can i be without you being the me i hate?
too i see you seeing me lighting a candle for you
can it fall?
from that surface of the table to the ocean?
so i may catch the echo of you gone in my hand?
falling, falling, falling everywhere is the sound of your voice
and i hate it
