Captain's Crew - Poem by Adrian Baltar

Sunk, captain's ship
Ocean's center deep
All crewmen leap
Poor captain weep

One crew cry
'Do captain survive? '
Other crew replied
'Yes! captain's alive'

Island so small
Little for all
Food they call
Heaven's bread fall

All crewmen rejoices
Miracle of Moses
As night passes
All crewmen reposes

'Thank you saint'
Captain do meant
'Night we spent
As tomorrow's different'

Morning a new
Leaves with dew
Water so few
Little for crew

'Call to heaven'
Said the captain
'God will listen
Ask for rain'

The thunder clap
The lightning snap
Request never flop
Heaven's rain drop

All sung praises
All say prayers
Yesterday's none believers
Today's new followers.
