Good luck to all those running,
Today in the Cardiff Half,
Many running for their best times,
Anth others doing it for a laugh.

Lots from around the globe,
Many from running clubs,
Others doing it for charities,
On behalf of the ones they love.

Enjoy your time in the city,
Running around Cardiff Bay,
Many hundreds clapping and cheering,
Whilst you make your way.

No matter what the outcome,
Smile, enjoy and have a laugh,
Good luck to everybody,
Whilst taking part in the Cardiff Half.
