Catastrophe Poem by DOYEL NAG

Catastrophe

Rating: 5.0

The car perfume still lingers in my reeling head,
The deafening sound of the rattling engine made my memory go for a toss,
The whirring wheels took me on a merry -go- round of life,
The Memories of distant past are etched on the frosted glass of my bleeding heart,
My head throbs, eyesight turns hazy,
My heart pounds, blood gushes out my veins,
Only one question reverberates in my mind, ' Who am I? '
