Catharsis Poem by Quaid-Uz- Zaman

Catharsis

There lie under the veil of falsehood
a truth hidden
in kernel to be
sprouting in dignity;
but here in a state of drowsiness
light carries no light
no rays
no energy
no promises
nor a sight;
shadows twisted
and heart beating its silent beats
only whispering to itself;
with surfs in the shore and blues beneath the blues with forms and colors
agonised
antagonised-
all may be a tumultuous toiling
-a true testimony of life.
