Catling Poem by Angela Dodge

Catling

Sleek and shiny,
Slippery little slinky
With her smoke-coloured face
Giving rough kisses on your nose

Little squeaky trilling
Clicks and purrs
Forceful cuddling on your neck
With light whiskers brushing your ear

Chasing her tail
Stepping on bubbles
Whipping the mouse by it's neck
Leaping and twisting, so gracefully

Oh my little catling
I never knew how much fun
A little grey kitten could be
