Ceilings - Poem by Barbara J. Watson

Come join me
My love
As I stride
Through "The Glass Ceiling"
His Reply,
Only for a moment
My love
While you are there
For I am an Artist
In heart, mind, and soul.
So are you
Even if, for now,
You decline.
Visit You?... Yes
But only a short time
Until you Return
To the world of Art.
Which is truly thine.
