Celtic Fling Poem by Justin Gildow

Celtic Fling

Celtic Fling is here once again
And I'm hoping to reunite with a friend
A friend or two or three
That'd be a great feeling for me
On a day shrouded in Celtic beauty

The sun is bright
The sky is free from the clouds
Will the fun of Celtic Fling last into the night?
I surely hope it will
I wait the many thrills

At the Celtic Fling
Girls and women are elegantly dressed
At the Celtic Fling
Boys and men are handsomely dressed

Irish colors pour out through the day
And to many
They wouldn't want it any other way

Music is everywhere
Irish dancing is prevalent in places
I know
That to many
I won't forget their face or faces

Everything's in full swing
Here at the Celtic Fling
Can it get any better?
I can only wonder
Time will certainly tell
