Chalkdust Poem by Danielle Mari Nidea

Chalkdust

Raining white
Pretty sight
From the mossy wall
Floating sparks
Of great white sharks
Dark grey guards patrol.

I don't know why I chose this
Of all other things possible.
But cleaning blackboards surely is
Less fun than piles of rubble.
