I wandered in the bush of love
Barefooted for stinking decades;
Only a shadow i could behove
With thorns whipping me as barricades
Yet I never drank from quitting goblet.
A congregation of doves I have met
A sapling voice they have
But their bones were unable to move
Me. Today I have come to the galaxy
With a hope planted in loamy soil,
And i found you. A chance so spiffy
I seek to stream your heart in love's coy.
And fly you out of trail hunters
Who have come to bush to hunt for meats.
A chance to breath in your fingers
Questioning old days.
A chance to fall unflinchingly on your spirited tree
Whom its fruits choruses freshness; my longing
May never gratify; let me house this tree.
And a chance to add more clay in
The transparent holes dung by tsetse flies.
A chance to flesh our oxygen cells
Into a balance diets
Dripping into our marrow as transplants.
A chance to grow an endless garden
A field of blossoming flowers
An orchard for beginners to sit and fatten
And a mirror for old ploughers
Let me hold your golden cuffs
Before the sun's glow
And its rays illumining as flames
And right before everyman a desire blow.
