Chasing Cheetos Poem by Kathleen Kate

Chasing Cheetos

Another walk into the store,
Upon the aisle I see.
A summer sunset colored orange,
Cheetos calling me.

There's curls and balls, paws and puffs,
Where they shouldn't be.
Conspicuous and in your face,
Cheetos calling me.

I turned around, the glow was bright;
Compelled, I soon agreed.
Just say no didn't work,
Cheetos calling me.

Momentary breakdown;
Buy one, get one free.
Appetizer and dessert,
Cheetos calling me.
