The country is united behind a common cause, helping strangers.
Children In Need is the antidote to the fear that Brexit evokes
We are reminded by the stories of our fragility, the need of each other.
For the elderly a reminder to be thankful that you got old and are ok.
For the young a reminder that getting old is not written in stone.
Records broken and lives changed a truly good news story, for all.
It is a celebration of love given, love shared love received, love is all.
Austerity has not dampened the cause, records broken, targets hit
The feel good factor unleashed onto the nation, the nation responded.
