[...]Destruction in the name of meaningless glory, the scorched earth watered with blood The blood of children never was so plentiful, life never more empty[...] Poignant lines, and a very well constructed poem. War, bloodshed, and destruction. Lives are lost for nothing, and children - those who understand nothing about wars - are the worst affected.. Thank you for sharing Sarah.
