Choice To Choose - A Healer Calls Poem by Andrews Ohene Gyan Jnr

Choice To Choose - A Healer Calls

The passage of breath turned anew
Passed through the sewers to brew
It's sound to an ear unbelieving
Strange! the word that you might say
For the convert once gay

Does life neglects such a fortune
Or salvation turned to musical tune?
Down in my mind it rolls in conniving
For He would not have come in crucifix
A risk taken with feelings in mix

For communion forged in war
The bare you may see to soar
Shreiks beneath the heart to soul
Only to my maker I dare to look
For a lightening clap to bring us to book

My brows raised to upon Him
In tears i look, in eyes dim
He that fix and mends the soul
To make light my weight and burden
For graceful upon me, to bring me to Eden.
