Christmas At Arlington - Poem by BURGHARDT GARSON

Christmas Day Unheard Are Choirs Singing.. Church Bells Are Unheard Ringing.Their Childrens Laughter They Don't Hear..Bombs And Bombers They No Longer Fear.Christmas, Silenty Falling Is The Snow. .Upon Arlington's Fallen Soldiers Below.. For Fallen Soldiers This Memorial Place.Brave And Courageous, Some With Medal Grace.Afghanistan And Iraq Some Are From..More, More, And More They Come.On This Day Celebrating Christ Birth.World Uncalm, Wars And Unholy Wars All Over Earth..

Quite moody but written with sincerity.'Cos it comes straight from you heart. You confirm that at the nextdoor of happiness lives sorrow. (Report) Reply
