People love the Christmas spell
More than words can really tell
They scrub and brighten their surroundings
And lovingly decorate their buildings.
Masquerade bands and vendors crowd the street
Many shoppers their old friends meet
Lots of folk attend church worship
Gathering in love, peace and friendship.
On Christmas eve Santa shares wonderful toys
To all the good little girls and boys
People also exchange greetings
And share with others Christmas blessings
Delicious goodies are offered around
And joy, goodwill and cheer abound
