Circles Poem by Stephanie Campos

Circles

In a maze, so confused, I can't find my way out.
Everything's spinning and all I do is pout.
I'm not even trying to look for the end.
If I do, it still won't be the same again.
So I'd rather stay trapped in here forevermore
Because if I ever got out, it'd be such a bore.
No one cares for me, no one notices
The pain I go through, all the suffering.
Should it matter anymore? should I be of concern?
All the tears, scars, scratches, and burns.
No one wonders. no one's curious of the things that I do.
It's not surprising at all. I would scowl at me, too.
But it is what it is, and there's no way to change it.
Life is inevitable. I hate it. I quit.
