Cliffs Edge Poem by Adam Rogers

Cliffs Edge

That moment I crave release
Dissolve in calm embrace

Southern echo,
West wind,

Front Fall,
Rise repeat

Encompassing pure delight
A swirl from fight or flight

Sense surrender
Mind render

Erasing the fear
That held me back you

A gift unravelled, possessions intact
A rising cliff, a mask in act

Escape dismay
From all that may

Safety restored
Through natural cause

Laughter oh my
Closer that day

My love intertwined
Those stories refined

New paths awoken
But never were broken

The next days unfold
To spread the word untold.
