Close My Eyes
I lay here in bed and think.
I wish for something to happen,
That my routine would change.
Moving and going with the flow,
I can't feel nothing.
I can do nothing to change.
I go down the path and look around.
Nothing happens no matter what I do.
So as I lay in bed
I close my eyes.
The tears fall,
As the next day will come.
