Cold Hand Poem by Muhammad Umer

Cold Hand

Rating: 5.0

Said he to him, 'How do you do'?

In return all there was, was a cold gaze

Said he to him, again, 'How do you do'?

This time was a cold hand stretched wide to hold, in return;

Said he to him, 'Will there be soon, be you rest in peace'

Setting eyes to rest, and hands across the chest

Said he to him, 'I don't know my friend'?
