Still thinking about the day you left
Sometime I just sit and stare at the door
Hoping and praying you'll love me once more
I cried so much I was sure my eyes would bleed
Then I asked myself why did you leave
Tell me was it me or were we living unhappily
I never thought it would happen
The day you packed your bags and didn't come back again
So tell me why'd you go
When you left you not only took your bags
You took my heart in brown paper sack

You said you would always love me
But I'm standing here lonely
