They are glowing icy balls
of gas and light
with long sweeping tails
that eloqently sail
through our solar system,
and fill the vast darkness
with vibrant colors
like cosmic fireworks

Messangers from
deep space,
they're are time travelers
from a distant past,
each with thier own history to tell,
a prestine time capsel
on an epic odyssey of a million years
carrying the cosmo's deepest secrets within them

They are the ultimate engineers,
the giver of life
and the creator of death and destruction
they are extraordinary worlds
onto themsleves
a cosmic wonder,
a celestial mystery
darting across the sky
