Comin' Home To Ginger - Poem by Alexander Menke

When it's tired time
The kitchen door opens; and stress
Is gone. A soft smile sublimely
Warms my heart. When our lips are pressed-
A quiet light renews to a sparkling night;
And I know my world is blessed;
And so I pray for everyone.
