Coming Home Poem by Marc Jude Fernandes

Coming Home

Seeing your face daily on facebook
Brings joy to my heart
Bonding together in friendship
I am not a lonely star

Sitting with you by the stream
In the world of my dream
We sit and talk for hours
While you hold my yellow flowers

You have given me more than I have ever given you
I owe my life and my renewal to you
We will ride through the plains
Look at this world with disdain
Cause our world is somewhere above in the skies

Your friendship is true
Coming home back to you
Where I see your shining face
Where the angel of beauty has left behind her trace

Coming home singing songs
This is the place where I belong
You will never make me feel alone
