Confinement Poem by EU STRESS

Confinement

Rating: 5.0

Confined in the car,
I sulk, witnessing -
Love’s torrential downpour,
Feeling stifled - with glasses up.

Torpid recollections invoke
Sultry vapours;

When ears burn,
No air conditioning helps.

Condensed tears dissolve,
Descending along translucent panes;
Blurring vision,
Inducing intense pain.
