Life, at times, will try to bring you down
Leave you feeling breathless, as if you'll drown
When it feels things are spinning out of control
It's during these times you must not lose your hold
Some days it's okay to not be alright
We've all had to fight to walk towards the light
Don't feel you are on your own
I'll walk beside you, so you don't have to walk alone
I understand doubts and struggles of the heart
I've walked that path, I've had a head start
Let me help you find your way past your fears
Hold you gently and wipe away all your tears
I'll pull you out of darkness, giving you all my love
A love that burns brighter than the brightest star above
We have a special bond, you and me
It has deep roots like the mightiest tree
Trust me and know your heart is connected to mine
We've been brought back together, time after time
My love for you will always be
You are my beautiful angel, a blessing to me
