Consumed? - Poem by Eli J Tod

Fiery breath

Threatening to consume

Brings to death

Of pleasure or doom.

Through the eye

Laced with thrills

In the heart

Delightfully kills.

The wisdom to know

One from the other

Process is slow

While charmingly smothered.
