Cops & Caps Poem by Orlando Rodriguez Valderramos

Cops & Caps

Since a child,
I felt the my rhythm,
Synth and whims, and sins, behemoth,
Wheezed, and little did I know of ism-s,
Black tar in colonial smoke, I withered,
How communism
Seems mixed with modern socialism,
Might cap with cops and capitalism,
before cats and dogs knew how to whiff them.
