Cosmic Gambit Poem by Nokutenda Mupamombe

Cosmic Gambit

The book writes itself on the internal shelf
In the dreams the better, while your snore makes your nose sing
Sleeping to rest isn't a thing
You sleep to wake up, from the reality that is made up

A good move in Chess is one that attacks, defends and gains positional momentum.
I don't write for aesthetic decorundum
I play the King's Gambit outside the space time continuum
My gambit is one you accept to win
And decline to still win
Deleting the illusion of original sin
My poetry is a tool
How you use it is up to you
