Counting Rain Drops Poem by Mya Crawford

Counting Rain Drops

She hears the rain out side her window seel,
and concentrats on how many drops she hears,
1,2,3,4,5
There home,
the yelling starts again,
23,24,25,26
a hollow yell,
a loud thud,
another whole,
56,57,58,59
i hold my sister,
as another rounds of screems start,
69,70,71,72
howling cop car sirons,
oh nabers must have called the cops again,
103,104,105,106
new voices now,
123,124,125,126
and out of no were,
i hear,
'Shes dead'
145,146,147,148
and know there talking about my mom...
172,173,174,175,176....
