Country Poem by Aldo Kraas

Country

Rating: 5.0

Once you live in the country
You never will want
To go back to the city
Just think about the rush hour
In the country you won't have
The rush hour
So you have to be grateful for that
In the country
You can take you time
Driving slowly
While you are driving
You pass through
Little towns
Also you are lucky
Because you have
The beautiful
Lake Ontario to
Swim in it
Any time you like
During the Summer
If you like it
You can stay and
Swim all day
Until it gets dark
You saw the sun going down
Also the night arrived fast
Now it is time to go back home
And go straight to bed

Yes...there is a totally different vibe in the country. The people are a whole lot friendlier. And it's just so very much more relaxing! Totally on your wavelength! THX for the positive vibes, Aldo!
