Courting Nature Poem by James Darwin Smith II

Courting Nature

Take me away
From the gray skies dismay
To where above turns
A blue hue shining
From the sun's rebirth
Eon of beautiful views
Serenaded by an endless quest
Of peace and love
Nature's own unconditional refuge

Let this flesh be embellished
By the sun's shining beautiful rays
Natural vitamin sufficiency
Beaming rays of enchantment
As peace, prosperity and love
Become unified
In fate's sublime
Through dreams never reached before

This loneliness, this soul
Looking for many sunny days ahead
Away from the gray cloud's dread
Into the brightest of lights
Fate's most alluring eternity

Summer land, come forth
And take all this pain away
I am alive and well
When the golden sparkles
Graces me every loving day

When she shines down love
I never feel judged
And that is the beauty of it all

I am nature's lover
Dreamer of better lifetimes beyond

On this long journey ahead
My spirit, it belongs to her
As we are as one
Unified in harmony
Always and forever

Courting nature
May nature truly be my lover?
As this flesh, this life
Will never be judged again

Courting nature all in the name of love
