Cracks Poem by Anonymous Ghurl

Cracks

A long log time ago
When I was bright and new
I thought all the world was good
And evil far and few
But now as I have grown with age
I know the horrid facts
The world is not a perfect place
It's filled with lots of cracks
Some cracks filled with terror
Others filled with death
Many crawling with dark beasts
That steal away your breath
Caverns full of darkness
Streams of flowing blood
Chambers where the inoccent lie
Naked in the mud
Demons run amuck here
In the place we call the world
Where log ago the angels flew
And inoccent children twirled
That joyous place has burnned to ash
In a thousand roaring fires
And in the ruins of the flames
Run murderers, thieves, and liars
