Crisis Calls Poem by Hans Raj Sharma

Crisis Calls

Rest, wait and watch
A style for health sake
Keeping-
Inside calm and cool
Managing
Outside dirt and filth
Keeping thy surroundings
Always, tidy and clean
Just, a good time-pass
To spend five years time.

Having noticed you must
Your suitable outfits
Treating thy niches
Even, if you don't know
What to do the next
With thy space
Cries of the hour galore
But, it's not the end
When, a nation's security
Or a woman's honour
Holds-
The key to life and death.

Media though, performs
The cover-up story
Chills and chills
A variety of talks
In its routine manner
Becoming the business
Of the day as such
For pleasure fake
Rest, wait and watch
A style for fashion sake.

Now, the shoot is complete
Next comes Official steps
The rule of law
That the nation needs
Treachery, to be dealt with
A firm and strong hand
To provide security
In its smart metropolis
Or national boarder areas.

Ensuring insurance to all
Be brave and bold enough
Undoubtedly, that you are
Even, if you may face
Multiple bites and barks!
