Cruel Leaders Poem by Abdulmajeed Soladoye

Cruel Leaders

Majority live in the hood
Some places are better called wood
People go days without food
A few mean hundreds control our livelihood
We steal peanuts they hang us and kick the stool
They steal billions, detain them then throw a party at the pool
This is so cruel
They cover our eyes with wool
And think we're all fools
No! we can also use better houses with pool
Our children also deserve better schools
We can no longer pretend everything is cool
Our vote is our tool.
