I did admire you and did stare at you with a
child like glaze in my eyes... You where
everything I did admire and you where what I
would like to be like someday... You where my
light sky in dark of the night sky and I was like a twinkling star
within your soft fluffiness of your sky. Oh, how I did
admire every breath you did take... No one could
have ever made me see you in another light. How
dare anyone ever say anything bad about the man I did call daddy with
pride? Now
here I stand a man at age eighteen and must now
realize... Daddy never came home from that
late night card game twelve years ago... and all the stories my Momma
ever told me about you? They where all just a lie,
all to keep a tiny little boy from asking a manly
question... Momma, were is my daddy and why
did he leave us with this lie.

Sometimes we are crushed by realities we did not expect in life, more so that some people instead of helping make it more worse! But life does not end the my friend, life has to go on! Do not be discouraged with all the trials in life, stand tall: The show must go on! A 10.
