Cry Over Past Poem by Ishrat khan

Cry Over Past

She felt tortured of her past
She never presumed it could haunt
Living in imagination than in reality
She lost her focus in what's happening
In her mind all that she was seeing
Could affect her present; she was fearing
Not knowing how to get it off
Completely collapsed by her mind to leadoff
She had whispers inside her head
That was overwhelming filled her with dread
Experiencing insomnia every night
She began to suffer and unable to fight
Her emotional state caused her Neuroticism
Gradually it was a fatal to her optimism
She was trapped by Overthinking of it
She cried a river and decided to quit
Trying to take her life but her heart stopped there
Realising wat she was doing wasn't fair
It was her past relationship that she didn't forget
To her dear ones she kept it secret
Her prayer was her true medicine
She was obscured about her serene
Yet she had faith she'll overcome
Was ready to rebel against any venom
Leisurely, prayer was curing her well
Through her great devotion she was protected by angel
