Crystal Forest Poem by Jade Hymora

Crystal Forest

Cold and unfeeling like the crystal forest that lay before her

The crystal forest covered in snow which falls like her tears once did

Devoid of emotion or rationality she wanders throughout this frozen and desolate place

She slips and falls time and time again trying to escape her fate until finally she can run no more

She lies there in the field of crystal flowers and silently weeps her black tears of sorrow as the snow covers her like a blanket of pain

There she lies frozen among the flowers for only they know her pain and the many tears she wept upon them which gave them life

When she died the forest died with her shattering around her lifeless body burrying her in a grave of shimmering beauty

There she will forever rest frozen in time....surrounded by the beauty she was never able to enjoy
