Cupid And Me Poem by Rowlin Van Wyk

Cupid And Me

Rating: 3.5

Valentine, valentine,
oh, valentine.
What have you done to me?
Is it cupid that have played with his arrows or is it just me.
Me, me that is confused.
Me, that can't explain what's happening inside me.
Me, me that can't express what I'm feeling on the inside.

Cupid, cupid! Have you struck me with one of your love arrows or am I confused?
Have your arrows filled me with the love that's embraced on the inside of your arrow.

No, no.. I don't know.
That what I'm feeling is real.
Have I not said this can't be.
What should I do, what can I do?
It's obvious cupid have struck me
with one of those pointy arrows.
All is explained, all is revealed.
I'm falling, and no, not literaly.
I'm falling for what cupid loves most.
I'm falling for what he calls love.
I'm falling in love.
