Dad's Death Poem by Brenda Dillishaw

Dad's Death

when i think about death i thank you wont be there when you are gone i am alone. When I am alone its depresing you were there when i needed you the most. you wanted me to grow up sweet and kind but now that your gone i have no where to turn you said you would be there for me for the rest of my life now your gone and i love you with all the stars in the sky now that your gone you can't show me the things that you do or how you do them i was so young but yet i do remember something about you you may have left me here on earth without you but at lest you gave me a family to turn to when needed the most and they are the best people in the world I love you so much daddy that i wnat to see you waiting for me when i die.
